That’s what I love about this diet, when you take time of from it, you can just carry on as if nothing happened, with any other diet all your hard work would be undone in 1 day and then it would take 1-2 weeks to get back to the weight again, love this diet, even though it is hard at times, but it is so worth it!

Ok so I got a bit of track Sunday not badly but not perfect 5 biting.
Today is a new day and a new week, so I am back on track.
Lunch; 2 bites of croissant with chicken salad, 2 bites of a mini doughnut, 1 bite of chocolate

Lunch: 1 bite of bacon sausage, 1 bite of egg, 1 bite of falafel, 1 bite of custard cinnamon pastry, 1 bite of chocolate.

Another yummy meal done
Dinner: 1 bite of sausage, 1 bite of French fries, 1 bite of a boiled with mayonnaise, 1 bite of chips, 1 bite of chocolate.
That’s it for today, no more bites entering my mouth.

Just finished my 5 bite lunch it was sooo tasty!
Lunch: 1 bite of fried egg, 1 bite of chorizo sausage, 1 bite of chicken cordon bleu, 1 bite of raisin bread with Danish blue cheese and jam, 1 Lindt chocolate truffle.
It took longer to prepare it than to eat it but it was so worth it and it must have looked/smelled really good because my husband…[Read more]

Ok I guess it helped to complain about my slow weight loss because this morning I woke up 1,7 pound lighter so I guess sometimes we just need to be patient and then suddenly we will see a big whoosh, I hope to see another whoosh tomorrow then I will be at my initial goal

Dinner: 2 Lindt chocolate truffles, 1 Reese’s peanut butter cup, 2 bites of crisps (or chips as you call it in the US). Loved every bite, would love to have more, but I need to be in control
