  • Thanks Beth and Dr Lewis, the problem is that having time of from work seems to give me the feeling that to have a good time means eating a lot of nice food, and having just 5 bites feels almost impossible, if it was just one evening it might be ok, but every day and hour seems so hard, I wish I could just have my jaw wired :cry:

    Hey Beth. Welcome back, I feel similar, embarrassed to have gained all the weight and more, to be honest I don’t really have the motivation to be dieting right now, but I just can’t allow myself to get fatter and fatter, I just hate that feeling of this extra weight, I feel disgusted with myself, I really need to get skinny again FAST

  • Today I didn’t do too bad, ok I probably had 15 bites altogether, but still better than the weekend, tomorrow is a very busy day at work so hopefully that will take my mind of food and help me do perfectly!

    you are so right, we just eat robotically, without even noticing what we are doing. But let’s be thin thin thin now!

  • I want to do it, but part of me just want to stuff my face, but tomorrow is a new day, and I will practice being perfect, then I can stuff my face when I’m super skinny :-)

  • today I failed my 5 bite plan, I know sticking to plan is so worth it in the end but I just find it so hard in the weekend, it’s almost as if life is not worth living if I can’t enjoy some good food, I have to find a way to pick up myself and carry on going  :wacko:

    Hey. I’m back to loose all I gained, gained all the weight I lost previously and a bit more, so I am a bit disappointed, but the good thing is, that I know with this diet I can loose it all very fast, I just need to convince myself to keep going until it’s all gone.

  • Well done, you’re on a roll, I have had 4 perfect days, but tonight I caved, annoyed with myself but I just have to start again looks like I will never be able to be perfect for more than a few days at a time, but guess I just have to keep practicing.

    Good to have you back, I admire that you can do heavy lifting like that :cheer: , I’m impressed. When did you start and how much have you got too loose? How are you doing with the 5b are you doing bars?
