I have to put my Focus on 5-bite eating Behavior, rather than on scale Results.

Good behavior comes first. What I see when I step on the scale is the result of my eating behavior, good or bad.  Behavior is the cause while scale number is the effect.

I like that Becca.  I don’t think I can do the 5 bite perfectly so it’s hard to even get started.  Somehow I think I have to find a way that works for me. With a little different concept.   Thanks Becca.

I am feeling a little better after week 2 of the meds for hypothyroidism.   I have a sore throat. Dr said hypothyroidism can cause s sore throat.   Although people I talked to with hypothyroidism don’t remember a sore throat

De Lewis.  It’s great to know. The thyroid can be cured by loosing weight.  But I know some very thin people who have hypothyroid.   Why is that ?

And im taking the generic for synthroid    My sisters doctor said the generic doesn’t work as well.  What do you think?
