Anyone have ideas for savory bars instead of sweets like snickers that may fit the bill? Cannot believe I’m saying this, as im a chocoholic.

Being skinny is amazing. I was doing well then went to visit a friend who had cooked for me and though I could have said no, the temptation proved too great. I think I’ll avoid such situations until I’m a week or so in.

Today is day one, have had my snickers and then had an egg. Felt yucky from all the booze yesterday so I needed the egg.

I’m sitting on the beach in Mexico   The scale in my room said 204 this morning.  Last week at the doctor 210.

every meal I have ate I   FINISH NOTHING. And it’s so hard because this resort is Gourmet all inclusive.   The food is fabulous.   But if I can do that for 30 days. I’ve accomplished Step 1.

My dr gave me Phentermine 37.5 mg.
I will take 1/2 tablet every morning  to avoid more anxiety     I hope it will get me to the point where I can do 5 bites easily   And then stay that way

I think I will ask for help with this by taking  a med  that supresses  my appetite      Are there meds like this that won’t mess with my anxiety or depression?

•  I give up.  I’m so depressed and tired of fighting thus eating problem.  So I’m going to consider a lap band or something.    Loosing weight is the only way I will be able to save my back with fusions from L2 to S1 and spending $17,000 out of pocket on back surgery.

today has been easier

at 11 am my egg omelet I make in a muffin pan.  Egg, spinach, bacon , cheese, milk,and Mrs Dash seasoning

Well, I am going to get some help.

I am  seeing my therapist for depression every week like I did back in 2014 when I lost this weight

and taking my pain med Diclofenac 75 mg twice a day.   The pain causes me anxiety and I cannot do the 5 bite diet when I am hurting.

I will see if this makes it a little easier
