I recently realized that in order for me to have a perfect 5 bite day, I have to start from the moment I wake up to be obsessed with staying on plan. Aside from working, or conversing with whoever…[Read more]

Michelle started the topic I love what was said in last night's chat in the forum The Slimming Station Diet 8 months, 1 week ago
I loved when Sharlet said that as little as she has been eating, she could be eating less. These may not be the exact words, but that was the gist of it. It reminded me of a few posts I saw on facebook where Tammy showed how small her bites were when she lost a lot of her weight. And, it also reminded me of when Gayle shared that she was only…[Read more]

Thank you for sharing this Elizabeth! Today, I was actually thinking about the things you shared regarding your husband and his relationship with food. Yes! There is so much more to life. I so want to stop having food and my weight be the forefront of my thinking. This is such a perfect reminder!!!

Kylie, we are all in this together. I so can relate! I have done things like what you shared so many times. Even in the most funnest situations, I have silently lived a hellish experience in my head regarding how much I ate….the guilt, the feeling of being so uncomfortable and all all the stuff that goes with it. The compulsive eating disorder…[Read more]

Yes! I love this Dr. Lewis and Allison! I need to shift from wanting more volume to really understanding that more volume does not add more flavor. Collect Flavor, not volume. It reminds me of the sentiment that it is better to have a few high-end pieces as your wardrobe as opposed to lots of not that great items in your wardrobe. Quality over quantity!!

I had my 2 Snickers for the day. I want more to eat. I am invited to go to out to dinner tonight. I am on the fence about going. I am not feeling as strong and confident as I was when I went to a Mexican restaurant and only had 1 chip. The bottom line is I really need to finish this, and get to goal weight. The sooner I do, the sooner I will be…[Read more]

10/25:
2 Snickers. I ate my lunch at breakfast time breakfast, and dinner at lunch time today. I am low energy today and not feeling well. It will be a long rest of the day, but I am learning more and more that cravings and intense desires to eat more do eventually dissipate. Onward!!!
