This week is a fresh start! We can do this! I’m learning that if I need to make small modifications here and there to stay on track and avoid completely falling off, then I’m going to modify!
Not giving up or throwing in the towel consistently will eventually lead to long-term wins!

Yes! Electrolytes! I just recently started them. I love this powder. I use just a little and not every day, but it feels like such a treat. It actually tastes like Jolly Rancher watermelon candy!

Awesome on your weight loss!!
I have not ever felt weak on this diet. Not sure why. I often deal with fatigue in general, but when I can stick to 5 bites consecutively, I end up feeling better.

Sharlet, I have a difficult time with determining my bite size. In the very first archived chat, Dr. Lewis put my mind at ease about bite sizes when he answered a question from Neal about it.
