I have been allowing myself three 5-bite meals, and it has been working well for me. I feel like my hunger is adjusting, and I am still losing weight. Of course, my goal is to eventually get to two 5-bite meals, but for now, this is the best I can do. Occasionally, I’ll have a bite of sauerkraut in the evening or drink some pickle juice.

I did it! This morning was a challenge. This has been the first day i waited to eat until noo. At 11:30, I went for a walk to bid my time away. I think waiting til noon is going to be a game chager for me!! Whew!!!

This week is a fresh start! We can do this! I’m learning that if I need to make small modifications here and there to stay on track and avoid completely falling off, then I’m going to modify!

Yes! Electrolytes! I just recently started them. I love this powder. I use just a little and not every day, but it feels like such a treat. It actually tastes like Jolly Rancher watermelon candy!

I have not ever felt weak on this diet. Not sure why. I often deal with fatigue in general, but when I can stick to 5 bites consecutively, I end up feeling better.
