Finally getting a chance to read what some others are up to— in one of those long, long baths that Dr. Lewis spike of, LOL! You sound like you’re killing it! Really loved reading your messages because you seem to be in a very positive mind frame! Keep going—because I’m following you now!

Beth, it was a fantastic day! This morning the scale was down 3.4 pounds. But it is now 10 PM and I’m finally eating my first meal which is a fun size snickers and a glass of wine. It’s been a very very busy day but I have to say I felt no hunger except within the last hour. If all the days were like this I could easily do it all day long!

Thank you, Beth! So far so good. I have my snickers bars at the ready!

Thanks, Beth! Today went surprisingly well. I pretty much removed myself from the kitchen and declared to my husband that I’m not eating to deter him. Though he wasn’t deterred too much because he brought home Wendy’s breakfast -which I did not partake. I did drink the coffee -black, which I love. PS— at the time of writing this last post this morning I was fighting through weakness both mentally and physically. I was hungry and I had nausea pretty bad and despite my intention on trying to stay positive I got in a negative headspace and began to question and doubt what I was doing. Thank you everyone—I’m excited but I’ve been working to get things in order before I start on Monday. I have two dogs, one that has been home alone and the other has not so I have been doing a lot of trial and error things to get him settled. This is the one thing that keeps me up at night.
