Hello everyone! I just started the five-bite diet yesterday. So far, so good!
I never drank so much water in my life.

It’s hard to get over the tendency to “clean your plate”, but my goodness, the standard American food portions are massive! So let relish the opportunity to enjoy those first few bites, and the rest can go into the trash. -
