I’ll be taking a break from the forum for a while. My surgery is scheduled for Monday morning, Treatments will depend on what they find during surgery and after pathology results.

On the bright side the wedding was beautiful and I fit into my dress

Have you tried the snake juice fast? I’ve heard great things about it. I’m 44hrs in to a water fast but will be breaking it in a few hours for cake tasting. Only plan on 5 bites of 5 difference cakes. Then fasting again until my luncheon tomorrow breaking with another 5 bites. Then right back into fasting

I only have 20 days left to get to goal. I slipped with and ate way too much at the bridal shower. But I am back on track with fasting. I will do 5 bites Tuesday and Wednesday with cake tasting and a luncheon but other than that I will be water fasting until the rehearsal dinner on the 16th where I will do another 5-10 bites.

I fell off yesterday as well. I had a BBQ with all my kids that turned in to both lunch and dinner. I decided to enjoy the day and not beat myself up. I’m up 1.5lbs but back on plan today. We can do this. Get back up dust yourself off for and get back on the wagon.

I’m only down 1 lb in the last 6 days. I’ve lost a total of  7.5lbs in the last 10 days.  I’m feeling very discouraged. Not giving up though. I am going to stop the carbonated water completely. I literally drink up to 10 a day. I know they’re sugar free, calorie free etc but maybe the carbonation is affecting my weight loss. Hopefully this will…[Read more]

That’s good to hear Susan. I think I’m just going to keep on keeping on and stay of the scale until next Wednesday. I think I’m stressing too much

I’m drinking over 80 ozs of water daily and drinking more coffee than I ever had in the past. I was also eating 5 bites of Persian stew, which is veggies with kidney beans twice a day. All healthy and natural, homemade. No processed food and very little protein other than what was in the stew.

I did try on a pair of pants that were too tight in the waist a few weeks ago and they fit perfect now. I’m losing inches, I just have to wait for the scale to catch up

I’m still at 164.5 today 

I was doing bars but thought maybe all that sugar was stalling my weight which is why I gained back 1/2lb yesterday. So yesterday  I made a chicken sandwich and had 5 bites for lunch and 5 bites for dinner. I gained 1/2lb 😔

I’m at 164.5 today. The only thing I did differently yesterday was not as much water intake and I had gummy vitamins at 10am.

I’m going to up my water today, stick with my 5 bites at 12 and 6 and walk on the treadmill for 20-30 min

I just bought caramel macchiato flavored coffee…..amazing!!

Since I’m only used to drinking one cup of regular coffee in the morning I hope I’m able to sleep tonight  

I’m still hanging in, still feeling weak and exhausted but not giving up
