Kylie, I think 13 pounds in 6 days is great! I hope I can lose that much in that short amount of time. I might start fitting into my old clothing again and can start letting go of the new larger sizes. Congratulations on that loss!

Today is day two of bars for me. I have snickers and some Aloha bars, so I will toggle between those two until the Aloha bars are gone. Then the plan is just snickers. Only the regular sized bars though, otherwise I end up fumbling on snack sized and share bars.

Thank you for sharing! Too much coffee gives me migraines, so I just go for the bag of coffee my husband has freshly ground and take a couple of sniffs. Coffee is the best…Not Folgers…REAL coffee! 😁

Thank you everyone! My plan is to stick solely with bars until our vacation in two weeks, then I have to refigure things out, then back on February 3rd until I reach my goal weight. It will get easier. I did this years back and was 10 pounds short of my goal weight. I am a stress eater, and let it get the best of me and packed it all on again.
