  • That’s awesome!!!! It does work!!! It’s hard but it’s good when u see the results inline anything else I have done where u work hard all week and u lose half a pound!!!! I honestly don’t feel physically hungry but the head Hunger sucks!!!! So it’s a very mental game :) we can do this!!!!

  • Hi Laurie there’s is great support here. Am on the same boat!!! But this time am stinking with it. I just started week 2, I have one set back last week but jumped right back in. I find participating in the Monday chats very motivating and also during the days I feel am gonna cave in I watch one of the previous chat videos. We can do thi!!!!

  • So far so good. First meal was perfect 5 bites. I made a salad I craving  sth fresh so I had lettuce, raspberries, few pecans, cheese, and chicken and blue cheese dressing, I had 5 bite of it  and done!!!

  • So far so good. I didn’t eat anything yet it’s almost 3pm am not hungry at all. My head is telling me to eat but I keep reminding myself am not hungry so no need to eat!!! I didn’t lose any weight today :( I don’t know why? Does that time of month mess up things? I feel really bloated

  • Yes!!!! I am totally in!!!! I  am the queen of messing up on the week end and I will start again on Monday!!! Not this time!!!! Am sticking with this!!!! I feel so good when I stick to my plan
