Life is filled with unexpected surprises. How fantastic that your fiance surprised you!! I think that water weight gain will be gone in a day or two. You were still mindful of your eating. It’s great that you are getting right back to resetting so you can finish the rest of your journey to 128.

Hang in! Everything getting better when you’re thinner. I think so. I do not get sick often. I work at a hospital with solely Pediatric pts. I employ good hand-washing protocol but they constantly cough in my face, pick their nose, etc (that’s the under 3 kids – LOVE em)

Love life, love being thin. SO WORTH THE SACRIFICE

Wow, Day 7!

Feel great today!! Feel renewed. So far only 1/2 of a quest and no extra bites. Was super busy which always helps. Going to gym soon for a light workout but really to decompress from a wonderfully productive day.
