Day 7: Bar Challenge – BRING IT ON!!

Plan: 1/2 bar 12-2pm for lunch; 1/2 bar 5-7pm for dinner — coffee, water and a diet beverage if I need. SF gum if needed.

Finished day 6 w 1 bar. Resisted the Chinese food my boys were eating. It honestly was not even a consideration. Love when I get to this place where I know that cheating is not an option and not a risk. Feel fully in control and hunger has diminished!!

Feeling thinner and determined to get back to low end of maintenance range. I have only required 1/2 bar at lunch and dinner. Lots of fluids in between.
