The hunger and cravings ALWAYS pass. Think of them as waves that crash on the shore. Feel and notice them coming and watch them crash into calm waters that recede back into the place from whens it came.

You can do it! Definitely stay accountable with your weight. Love the idea of taking some time in the morning to mentally reset. Write cards or stickies and post them on fridge, food cupboards or have pop-up reminders to encourage you to stay on track. Tell yourself that you WILL STICK TO YOUR GOAL NO MATTER WHAT!!
