I love that! Almost 20% to my goal weight. That sounds so doable.

Day 3 is done. It wasn’t easy. I had more bites than I should have but still stayed under 20 for the day.

Im going in to tomorrow strong and ready to fight for what I want

Today begins day 3 and I’m already feeling hungrier than yesterday. But I got on the scale this morning and I’m already down 6lbs in 2 days. No turning back for me. Today will be another 5 bite day.

Finished day 1 with 5 bites of tuna for lunch and an egg for dinner.

So I’ve been reading through some of the old posts and someone mentioned the fear of never again being able to eat a large meal.  That kind of hit home with me. I think that is a fear of mine too. Fearing that one huge meal is going to ruin all my hard work losing the weight.

I see you here. You paid good money to be here for a month. Some part of you is willing to give it another go. I would listen to that voice. We’re all here together on the same journey to absolute health. Just do it!
