Had 2 perfect days and lost 2 pounds. I’m cut up some pizza and weighed it. My serving size was 80gm by eye, so I cut it down to 50gm. I sometimes have trouble with variation of bite sizes, but weighing is my insurance policy. Sticking to the bars at lunch.

I am moving on y’all, thanks for all the help. I will be losing my last 10-15 lbs really slowly with bite counting. I am so grateful for the help and support people have offered me. I will hopefully come back to visit once I am on the other side of my journey. Take care
