    I broke through to the 140s! New record for me. Just gonna keep going. At the rate I’m going it should only be about 3 weeks more before I’m fully done. But it also depends on what I’ve still got on me. I know there’s an option to drop even further, maybe even all the way to 125. But let’s get to 135 first. I’m stoked! :crazyexcited:

    one extra bite again! gotta make sure I reorient my perspective to one that is a little more stubborn against varying the routine in any way, shape or form that ends up getting even an extra bite in my mouth.     Got through the day with one extra bite that was ultimately unsatisfying lol. Hunger not an issue but curiosity about the taste of something just out of the oven. I just need to remember patience. I’ll taste it later, every extra bite is that much more that I will have to breathe out later.

    Another good day. Did a meditation retreat for 4 hours and ate my little lunch halfway through the middle of it. It was wonderful. Combining this diet with meditation is a surprising symbiotic and beneficial relationship

    Susan, yes it is like we know “more”than the average person but it really is just a simple fact about the amount we are eating. I know people are obesity experts and get degrees for this kind of stuff (and are still overweight themselves). I know less than them but I’ve learned a practiced a key ability that works!

Part of me thinks that I can just relax around food like that and it won’t be a big deal but I see it as a possible slippery slope as it can just ramp up the hunger drive and get worse.     So far so good! Down to 154 lbs now, just a little farther and I’m back to my lowest weight I’ve been. Just need patience above all things. Keeping busy reading and studying. I actually have quite a lot of energy during the day especially.
