I heard on the radio this morning that today is called “Super Saturday” because this is supposed to be the largest shopping day of the season. After I heard this, I learned why today is my Super Saturday. Before I got dressed I weighed myself. I was very afraid that my weight would be way up, but, praise the Good Lord, my weight is down from 215 lbs to 213.5 lbs!!! It is not a great loss, but it is on the right track. I am very happy!
