So, this morning I put on a pair of jeans that I couldn’t button last week, but, today I did!!! The scales are accurate, of course, but, real world is when your clothes start to fit, just sayin!!

I heard about your diet from overhearing a couple of women talking about it in 2013. So, I ordered your book.
