Just writing to keep myself on track. Yesterday I did fantastic. And then at the end of the day we had a big family gathering and I had more to eat. But today I’m back on track. I’m kind of sad that Thanksgiving happened right as I was getting in the groove again, but I’ll be fine. Today is another day 1 and I’m going to be very committed.

I had a fantastic day!  I’m so thankful for this community and the ability to actually talk with Dr. Lewis!  Having other people believe in me makes me believe in myself. 😁
