I too lost 30 pounds on this diet before I started messing up, a little extra bite here, a snack there. Luckily, I haven’t gained anything but I’m ready to get focused and get these extra pounds off for good!

I know we can do it! The victory will be so sweet 😊

Woke up to another pound lost today!! Feeling the momentum rise! I want to look fabulous on the beach this weekend!

Doing better today. I was happy to see a 1 pound loss this morning!

I am a little under the weather so I’ve just been resting before we go out of town this weekend. Normally I would want comfort food but not today. I’ve done great so far!

Dr Alwin- I am fortunate to have a husband who fixes my meals for me so I eat whatever he makes for dinner and I always have leftovers so I eat that for lunch the next day.
