day 4 2 pm, feeling headache, did perfect 5 bites.

tiredness comes and goes.

Lie to other people except my kids and husband that is.

honestly day 1/2 were so hard, today seems ok, My work is stressful, i start chewing gum and have coffee. I have yet to survive after day 4. so tomorrow is a big day for me, i’m busy again at work. I have been on and off since Feb, something finally just clicked this time.

I have been struggling since Feb of this year.

My kids and husband r on board, I simply have to state I just ate, lie about it honestly.

day 2 8 pm here comes hunger pain and uneasy feeling. so for sure not easy.

Kylie, I had major headache it’s day 2 for me had sugar free LMNT electrolytes mixed in water 1.5 ml bottle, took few hours, after that but felt better by dinner, cravings went away.

I wake up to headache daily, but I just keep aiming  small steps.

Thanks a lot, just sipping on electrolyte water. I will mostly be the silent observer. But trying hard this time around.

I failed yesterday. But for me cliff bar are best, i throw away after 5 bites, they seems to just be perfect. anywaz day 1 is today.

I think sometimes you need the wrong person to say the right thing, my mother-in- law just told me I am fat in a sophisticated way, I think I’m gonna keep thinking that phrase and might motivate me to the end line.

Now i need to 110% finish the end line.
