I eat at 5 pm and then they all eat 7 pm not good.

I keep

failing around 7 pm as my kids are eating i eat with them. I am thinking of trying eating 10 bites all together in evening. Will likely eat at 6-7 ish 10 bites. No other way I can do it.

I still failed in night time, but still down 2.6 lbs. Today will be perfect day.

Look it’s day 1 so yes i ate at 10:30 am and 4:45 pm. Will drink hot water in evening adding pinch of salt.

Just hang in there.
