Day 5! 131.6. Glad the scale is moving in the right direction. Bar for lunch and prob bar for dinner.

Tomorrow vacation starts. Will do the best I can and want to stay intentional about eating.

Day 4

I gained 2.6 pounds but only had my 2 bars. Perhaps it could be that I didn’t drink enough water and had himalayan sea salt. Maybe I’m constipated? I will continue like it never happened.

Day 3 (130.8)

Didn’t sleep well last night but not going to let it deter me from having a perfect 5 B day. I have my payday and snickers ready. I can’t believe how much thinner I already feel. You /WE can do it!! I will be doing bars till saturday bcs I will be going out of the country. I will be vacationing with another couple. I will keep to 5 bites but can’t eat a bar when out to dinner.

When I travel I will often to bars on travel day back.

Way to go Marlene! This is so much more fun with a friend!!! And excited that Karly joined us last night. I call 5 bite my secret liposuction technique. We will be skinny again in no time.

Day 14/18

Had one day off last weekend. Only 3 pounds from goal. I’ve decided that I like how I look at 120 esp with muscle. I should get there by sat or at least be close. This week the wedding celebrations begin tomorrow but I am only taking off the wedding day and then back on plan. Want to be back at goal by next weekend.

Day 9/18

yesterday and today were challenging but I stayed on track.  Tomorrow is a short work day so it shouldn’t be so tough.

Had another great day yesterday! I saw a whoosh on the scale. So proud of how I’ve been managing avoiding snacking and temptations. I got through the weekend and prioritized my diet. Doing great! I was a bit weak and tired but it usually passes with a drink. I am  committed to seeing this through. 12 days to the wedding. This process has reminded me that I can’t let my weight and eating get so out of control. Plan today is 2 bars (one snickers and one payday).
