Happy Day 3/7

Sorry for the late post! I was SWAMPED with patients today.

Down a pound and COMMITTED and feeling great.

Had 1st bar at 2:30 and second one now (8:15pm).

Was hungry at moments and no hunger in evening.

Looking forward to Day 4. It gets better and better as the hunger and appetite abate.

So much energy is right! I got soo much done yesterday and today. Love when I’m able to detach from food and focus on LIFE!!

It’s all about recommitting and reprogramming the brain! The BRAIN, YOUR brain, will listen to whatever you tell it to do.

Tell it that the past is irrelevant — all that matters is NOW!!

It is so helpful to really get back to what 5 B portion feels like an looks like. The results, for me at least, are better than with food bcs there is no guesswork.
