Hi everyone!

My weight stands firm at 117 but it’s going to whoosh down soon!! This is my process.

Busy day today and tomorrow and then I will have time to play and relax. No indulging or eating off plan till well into low goal.

My next eating out engagement is not until Oct 14. Going to avoid eating out till then.

I get that Sharon! Sometimes we need a break. I have had several over the past year. You’ll come back strong when you’re ready. You have done great work over the last few weeks.

Yes – I agree. Even though we are veteran’s – food is seductive and emotional eating is a wired habit.

Great work Katie! Just remember, we NEVER regret the food that we forgo. It’s just about moving past the few uncomfortable moments. We can have those even when eating a “normal” diet.

We have so much to celebrate! The holidays and YOUR birthday are right around the corner.

I feel SO SKINNY!! I feel like I am thinner than 117. In the past I would have stopped but I know that this is all about getting lower and maintaining a lower range so that when I am eating I don’t pop into the mid 120s again. Also, Dr. Lewis says that I will be less hungry at that weight due to some hormonal issue.
