I’m back! I have had repeated weekends away and they have caught up with me. Not only has it caused a creeping up of weight but it has distracted me from my plan.

I know that it should take me 3-5 days to get back to where I was a week ago. I also have my period so I am particularly bloated.

Good morning Peeps! Slept in — 8am after many early wake-ups. Added bonus to have shed that water weight. My plan continues with the focus being TRUST in myself and the process.

Well I managed to avoid all candy in the office, stores and at home. BUT – I had too many bites. I was celebrating with my son and his girlfriend on his FIRST JOB!! It was beyond exciting.
