Sounds like a great plan Corey with the coffee, trying new flavors of tea help too, I just purchased a peach herbal tea for evening hunger, we can do it!!!

Yep, I messed up yesterday to, but Im starting to get up even earlier to get on here and read some of the old post for ideas and motivation to help me throughout the day when those hard tests to eat more than 5 bites x 2 comes my way. we can do this!

Yep, sounds like you released inches only, and I have heard so many others say that the whoosh always follows after the inches lost so the change on the scale will be bigger then normal your next weigh in! Thats exciting

Jumping back on the wagon with you Corey, I have been trying to reach my goal since 2014, but plan to stay more active on the boards this time and really work this program to reach my goal too by New Years:-) Grateful for the connection with this group!

Thanks for posting your journey Shelly, I am also in OA and doing 5 bite, learning to give up control to God and ask him to help me carry this out. Your post have been very helpful to me as well as everyone else’s posts too, feeling grateful for this group. thanks:-)
