I have to get thoughts out of my head that day. I JUST DONT CARE.  I hear it often when I’m tired. Sick.  In pain. Or stressed

Today I ate breakfast about 10 am.  Small amount.   No lunch.  Tomuch for dinner

I had a bad day sunday.  Got up early 3 am to catch a flight to Cancún.  So overly tired. I ate way too much for dinner

but reset a lot different today.  Enjoying vacation.  Sitting on the beach under shade reading a book about Boundaries by Townsend.      One thing that stuck out to me.   If I can’t resist or say No. run from it.
