its hard to loose weight

can you loose weight if you only eat 5 bites 2 times a day?     Is it still possible ?

I like that Becca.  I don’t think I can do the 5 bite perfectly so it’s hard to even get started.  Somehow I think I have to find a way that works for me. With a little different concept.   Thanks Becca.

De Lewis.  It’s great to know. The thyroid can be cured by loosing weight.  But I know some very thin people who have hypothyroid.   Why is that ?

And im taking the generic for synthroid    My sisters doctor said the generic doesn’t work as well.  What do you think?

I’ve discovered I have hypothyroidism

dr put me on meds.  But I’m disappointed it takes 3 months before I will see results.  Even though I was extremely tired I’m relived to know why I felt so bad. And it wasn’t depression.

I was reading up on Healthy Wager.    It looks fun.  But some weight loss groups consider Dr Lewis 5 bite diet unhealthy because they think loosing it fast isn’t good. I saw this in the small print.  I wonder if they will deny paying because of that?

Hi Seebeccarun!  Welcome to the best motivational forum you can find.   I’m intrerested in the Healthy Wager thing.  That sounds like fun.  $2K?  Did you have to bet a lot?     You can do this.   Read their quotes from dr Lewis.  They are helpful.  I carry an index card with me now everyday with his quotes.

I will use this to count my bites and my water

I didn’t know it was in ebook.  That is great info

Today I created my first flash card with a dr Lewis quote

I’m going to take it with me and read it all day.

Then I will create a new one each day

the pharmacist told me I hate to eat something before I took the Augmentin   I can see why because it gave me loose stools

I’m done with the Augmentin.

Tonight, I printed off quotes on little pieces of paper.
