I think I will ask for help with this by taking  a med  that supresses  my appetite      Are there meds like this that won’t mess with my anxiety or depression?

•  I give up.  I’m so depressed and tired of fighting thus eating problem.  So I’m going to consider a lap band or something.    Loosing weight is the only way I will be able to save my back with fusions from L2 to S1 and spending $17,000 out of pocket on back surgery.

today has been easier

at 11 am my egg omelet I make in a muffin pan.  Egg, spinach, bacon , cheese, milk,and Mrs Dash seasoning

Well, I am going to get some help.

I am  seeing my therapist for depression every week like I did back in 2014 when I lost this weight

and taking my pain med Diclofenac 75 mg twice a day.   The pain causes me anxiety and I cannot do the 5 bite diet when I am hurting.

I will see if this makes it a little easier

2 hardest is to eat just 5 bites.

I have to put my Focus on 5-bite eating Behavior, rather than on scale Results.

Good behavior comes first. What I see when I step on the scale is the result of my eating behavior, good or bad.  Behavior is the cause while scale number is the effect.
