Megan,   I loved sugarless bubble yum.  It kept me from snacking when I did loose the weight.  But Hershey’s quit making it and now I can only get the yummy stuff with sugar.  I need to find something else that works.

I have a terrible time restricting to 5 bites,  but when I did, I lost weight.

Doing just 5 bites 2 times per day is almost impossible for me.  I really have to feel good, have no stress in my life  or worry,  have no pain, not be tired at all, and that is the only time I’ve been able to do 5 bites  2 times per day.

My dr gave me Phentermine 37.5 mg.
I will take 1/2 tablet every morning  to avoid more anxiety     I hope it will get me to the point where I can do 5 bites easily   And then stay that way
