Near perfect week again… 5 pounds. Nothing else to say.

Another perfect week. Another 4 pounds. Nothing new to report.

A month from now is gonna be here soon either way. No matter what you do between now and then… all of a sudden it will be April 25th.

Ghost Board Update…

Another Monday… I feel good because I actually had a perfect week. 7 Days. 10 Bites a Day. Coffee. Water. That’s it.

Down 4 pounds is disappointing. But I can’t really worry about results. I can only control what I can control. And I did that part.
