Another perfect day – down 1.2 pounds – feels great. It’s my day to update my weight tracker – ten pounds in one week !

Stepped on the scale this morning – down .2 pounds. Sounds like not much for someone my size, however considering that I can go up five pounds on a weekend I am quite pleased. Oy  vey – a little bump last night.   Not that bad exactly the same weight as yesterday.

Still motivated with a plan for the weekend.

That’s funny my wife made fried chicken in the middle of the day yesterday – very strong smell. Usually it would mean several pieces for me. Even with the smell I ate nothing but my Snickers equivalent. If we are really confident the smell means nothing. Keep up the good work.

Woo hoo – finished fourth day – third day of just Snickers equivalents – down another 2.4 pounds !

Wow – reading before bedtime brings back such good memories ( I have 5 daughters and one son – now 19 grandchildren ! ) it is so nice when kids are young and you can bond with them reading. Great work – it seems like you are executing a good plan to deal with stress in a more effective way than eating.

What is nice about five bite is that if you slip up a little you can still lose weight.

You are doing great.

Finished yesterday – perfect – two meals – two snickers equivalents – no other food !

Today the scale smiled at me with a 3.9 pond loss. I feel great no hunger at all.

Great plan

Finished my first meal with an Isreal Snickers equivalent – left the table after I ate it. Truly a great feeling as the Doctor says knowing that I can do something most people can’t or don’t – eating a 5 bites and only 5.

Last two days have been perfect. It seems that 3×10 is my sweet spot.

Been taking pictures – which helps me feel accountable. When I take the after picture it seems to be a signal the meal is over and I just walk away and feel like I am done.

Lost over 3 lbs and feel great.
