Tonight I went to a banquet for a fund raiser for an addiction recovery center. Several times, different people said,”Finish what you’ve started! This morning my husband, who is also my boss, brought two boxes of donuts to the office. My goodness they looked good. And I was SO hungry. But… I hid in my corner and ran away from the temptation. Did not eat one. I haven’t had my Snickers yet but I’m betting it’s gonna taste better than ever! Small non scale victory this morning

That’s a great feeling! You’ll get to your goal fast on 5 bite. Day 3 is the hardest. It gets easier after that.

sigh. I feel like a Dolly Parton song. Always starting over. This is the best place for encouragement and accountability so I’m back. I was gonna try and stay away until I’ve finished but that plan wasn’t working too well for me.

1. Of all the diet programs out there, why did the 5-Bite Diet catch your attention? It made sense to me. The diet itself is simple and to the point. Fast results.
