The book suggests weighing in once a week. Is there any exception to this? I would love to understand the thinking/ science behind this.

That’s incredible! I’m all in! Thank you!!! It really means a lot to have a confirmation that It can be done. There are SO many naysayers! I have never felt this committed in my life. There is absolutely nothing that will taste as good as dropping this much weight

I would love to hear some numbers in your first month with the 5 bite. It looks like it’s possible to lose 15 in the 1st week for most, but I’m wondering how substantially it will slow after the first week. I know I can! Can I eat a different type of bar that is the same size in ounces? I don’t like sweets, especially snickers. Perhaps a protein or granola bar?
