I had to put everything on hold MA went into lockdown and was focusing more on setting up our office for remote working than anything else, going to start tommorow

I was still shot yesterday and would sleep, work sleep, work it took all of my energy just to get through the day what ever I had was awful and not something I have experienced before but thankfully I am at the last leg of this and want to lose this weight so I am at less risk of falling sick going forward

No planning on doing then showing the results, I have found it best if I do not tell him and then he sees the results later

Of all the diet and weight loss programs that I have tried, This is by far been the most effective and at one point I even got thinner than I thought it was possible – before my wedding
However, in two years I definitely let myself though I’m getting quite a bit of weight, to get a little bit even thinner than my wedding weight
