I’m still working on my 5 bites. It’s been challenging. I have been eating so much less than before and have been very mindful of my bites and my portions. Ready for another day

Welcome Brooks. I’ve tried the fasting route as well. I did lose weight but because I hadn’t learned how to control portion sizes I gained it all back and then some

I decided to go ahead and have a bar for dinner. As a surprise my hubby joined me. We both had bars for dinner! I actually love snickers with all my might so I definitely don’t mind having one for dinner every once and a while
