I have found that scales can defeat us on the mental battlefield. And they are often not accurate. Yes, I try to not weigh more than once a week. It really is wonderful that it did go down. ;-)

Just checking in, I am having a great day. My tummy is doing major growl but my head is finally in the right place.

Breakfast: 1 cup Coffee 1 tbs milk
Lunch: 5 bites taquito
Dinner: 5 bites tuna salad
