I’ve done this diet unsuccessfully quite a few times. I always end up with some excuse to eat more bits or just give in to a craving. I’ve only been slowly gaining since I left and need the accountability of being here. Today is day one and I’m focused on making it through today. Excited to see the scale move down and not up!

Hi! I am back to crush my goal and finally stay committed and focused to the finish line. I could list a hundred excuses to why I haven’t been successful with this program so far but I won’t! Fresh start

Ugh, 😑 been having a hard time staying on track and consistent with my bites. No other reasons besides my lack of accountability and just ignoring/avoiding the scale. Back at it!

hi all!
Back on it! Almost back to my start weightDecided to keep a journal/log to keep myself focused and remember why I’m doing this. I can’t keep making excuses to keep eating extra food and expect different results. Must be accountable for myself 100%. I am the only person eating more food than I need too.

Hi welcome to the forum Judy! I believe that Michael’s videos begin the end of August 2015 to the beginning of October 2015. It is somewhere in there but they are really inspiring!

I had a super active day with my toddler and ended up having a latte. I know it’s extra carbon but it helped me from eating any extra bites. I can tell my hungerstat is getting set because I felt really satisfied today after eating

<p style=”text-align: left;”>Yes! Stayed strong today and just kept reminding myself of what I’m gaining in health versus eating mindlessly. Made sure to throw away food and keep busy :yahoo:</p>

Doing great
bit more hungry today so I ate my second meal right at the 4 hour mark. Besides that I have been focused on making sure to throw away food even if it’s a tiny bite. Woke up 2.5lbs lighter this morning so that helped me feel very motivated! I keep reminding myself that there isn’t anymore I could want in a diet. I can choose wha…[Read more]

I’m hoping to be able to next Monday! The chats fall right around my sons bedtime routine so I have to get it on my schedule with my husband.
My day finished strong I’m hungry but I’m looking forward to being a little lighter tomorrow -

Starting fresh today! Focused on my motivation to be thin and if I truly want it! The answer is yes! Been watching videos to stay motivated. Threw away food during my first meal which is always very hard for me, so that was a win. I want to go straight to the finish line and be done.

I am doing well! Back at it as of today. Sticking to bars and keeping it simply. I really need to set my hunger stat and then move on to regular food. Trying to focus on each day rather than jumping ahead!

Glad your back Rachel! This is definitely a journey and we all get off track sometimes. I understand the Whole Foods/vegan approach and how it is hard to believe in 5 bites at times. I know my family always tries to persuade me to just eat healthy and in moderation. Yet the weight never comes off! I hope you are doing well so far on your reset!
