I am obsessed with the scale. I find it dictates my mood. My husband has threatened to hide it! I think I’m going to weigh in on Fridays. I weighed in today to get a baseline. 195.

Hi Beth. I’m Christine.  I actually mean one for at least one meal.  So, if I eat one for lunch then I might eat 5 bites of regular food for dinner.

I’m here! I’m going to do at least one bar a day to get a jump start.

Wow Dr. Lewis!  I never realized that or thought about the fat being everywhere. I get headaches occasionally and especially sinus headaches.  I want the fat gone but I haven’t committed. Time to get it done!  I am 5′ tall and 195 at this point.  How much weight if I was perfect for a week (bars let’s say) could I lose? Thanks!

Well I am basically sinking not swimming. I am eating smaller but not 5 bites. Tomorrow is bars only.

You can do it!  I have a lot more to lose than you and I’m going to push forward. Let’s do it.
