Hi guys, two pounds more down since yesterday.  Dr. Lewis is a monster zero cal allowed instead of coffee?  I really cant stand coffee without creamer and stevia.

I have been losing 2 lbs a day this week and in the past when I stay strict on this program.  Give it a try you will be amazed.  I am 5 ft 222 and would not lose weight no matter what I did before trying this program.

I am so excited for you Leona. You are doing fantastic!!!   I know that must feel great.    I am on day three.   Looking forward to a trip to Las Vegas in 75 days.   I want to be down enough to not get exhausted when walking and able to wear shorts again !!!!

I found that Jack in the Box has an order of 5 chicken nuggets.  They are smaller than other restaurants, about the size of Chic Fil A’s.  I have been eating them for my noon meal and that is all for the day.  Chart says 480 calories for the 5 bite order.  So I am great with the one meal a day.  I am down 4lbs in 2 days.  Feeling much better this…[Read more]

Thanks for all of the support,  I know I need a routine that I don’t over think things.  I find coming off a fast that I do good for a few days then just fall back into the same old eating routine.   I had a good day yesterday and I am expecting to have a good one today
