I had a rough week, did very well for 2 weeks then I got a bad Kidney infection. I found it hard to get out of bed, my back hurt so bad. I went to the Dr. he put me on Keflex and sterrhoids, I am doing better today, Back to 5X2 and one bite of something in the AM to keep meds from stomach upset. I am going to stay focussed this time! Oh and I’m down from a size 24 to a size 20! Now that’s exciting for me.
Thankfully I use a clothing service and order 20 dresses at a time. I ordered all of my size 20s and sent all my 24s back. Hopefully by the end of August I’ll be ordering size 18s!

I am down 10 lbs since last week. The weekend was REALLY hard. I listened to old chats and kept myself busy and just pushed through it. I am glad to have the weekend behind me. Wow, made it to Friday, Woo Hoo I went to a nice restaurant last night with family from out of town and had a diet coke. They said they felt bad for me but I really was not hungry.
