Hi Dr. Lewis. I was derailed. I was 196.8 today after eating pizza, Chinese and soup this weekend. I am committed to bars this week. I have to give myself a solid week of actually doing it and winning. I know I can do it.

Well I’m back. I totally fell off the wagon. I’m 191 and had lost 10. But I’m going to just kill it. No more sugary coffee drinks, etc. I have bars ready. I am going in a cruise on 8/23 so I have time to show myself I can do this

I love this! I’m restarting today after gaining half back which is 5 lbs so far.

I am doing 5 bites again strictly as I have been going way over board on the weekends. I need to learn how to just eat 5 bites when eating out. Eating out is the biggest obstacle for me.

I’m keeping it up. I had my bar today for lunch. I’m keeping my head high and my brain focused on the goal. Darn hormones!

I’m feeling frustrated. I didn’t do well over the weekend then lost almost 2 lbs yesterday. Then today was back up 1.2 after eating more than 5 bites at dinner. I also haven’t really had a BM in a few days. Help. Thanks.

Yes come to the chat! I’m nervous it will be my 1st. 

Had a bit of an off weekend but starting 7 days of bars tomorrow. Hubby said he doesn’t mind. I think he’s tired of hearing me complain about my weight.

Fantastic Alison!  Have you weighed in at all or are you waiting until the end of the 120 days?  I can’t remember. It’s exciting.

I’m going to sincerely try to do bars at least once a day for a few days.  Unfortunately, I have some things planned this weekend that involve going out for at least once meal. Although, I am still going to do 5 bites the best I can.  I was down another pound this  morning, so I am motivated to keep going. 170’s here I come!

I’m down another 0.6 today for a total of 7 lbs. I actually am less interested in food than ever before, which is a complete miracle. I really want to just kill it and do black coffee and 5 bites x 2.
