  • Well it’s been 12 years since my last entry here. Coming back to start again after many life events. Good to know this is still here, I did the best on this program with the encouragement and feedback from this community, so not weighting around anymore.

    I have gained back most of my initial weight loss but it did take awhile. I am hoping to do it again.

  • I started the diet 5 weeks ago and have had a hard time. Even though a couple of times I got past the 3 days, I slipped off the diet constantly.
