Thanks Tao…I’ll do that. I tried this diet a few years ago, and had trouble sleeping due to the hunger. I suppose my body was in some stage of Ketosis, and it just really wired me up. I kept a diary through it, and most of the nights I didn’t sleep well, I woke up due to hunger. So, I gave up. I need my sleep. Okay…now to your other…[Read more]

Hello everyone,
I just signed up and will enter the weight tracking information tomorrow and start the 5-bite eating tomorrow. According to the book, the first three days are the hardest. Any tips or ideas that helped all of you get through the first stage?
