Day 4: 2 bars and nothing else

Yesterday was day 3 of setting my hungerstat. And even then, hunger was totally gone. Woo hoo!!

However, I struggled with strong desires to eat throughout the day. Mostly because I was feeling so tired and achy. I felt that food would relieve that feeling, but I think I was also wanting comfort from that feeling. (Old habits!)

lots of water and unsweetened green tea

(I bought a box of protein bars at Aldi. Each one is 1.4 oz and has 190 calories. Also, they don’t look like candy and make my children ask for one. Perfect!)

Now I’m ready for us to rock Day 3! :cheer:
