Starting again.
While I was gone, I have learned I have to stop taking care of everyone else. And stop Trying to solve their probleams.I’m startimg my journal with some thoughts that Phyllis posted and I’m working on bvehavior inst4ead of weight loss this time.
Good behavior comes first. What I see when I step on the scale is the result of my eating behavior, good or bad. Behavior is the cause while scale number is the effect.When I focus on behavior, I get results thrown into the bargain because behavior causes results. When I focus on results, I get neither because results cannot exist without behavior. And behavior, besides being a better thing to measure, is also an easier thing to measure.
My current Focus is on the following Behavior:
Do not eat breakfast.
Do not snack.
Eat five bites of food for lunch.
Eat five bites of food for dinner
Eat at least one bite of protein a day
Take a multivitamin every day
Drink only water, diet soda, no-calorie drinks, black coffee or black tea.I am responsible for my eating Behavior, but not for my weight Results.My plan is to work on achieving excellent eating behavior and to accept with gratitude whatever weight-loss results my body gives me.
