I took some time away from theslimmingstation.
Previously I was tired, had anxiety, and a lot of pain in the knee, weakness in the low back that I could not stand at the bathroom sink in the morning.
In Oct I had my right knee replaced and I can now walk without pain.
My doctor prescribed Trazodone 50 mg. 1 tablet b4 bed to help me sleep.
And a little something for anxiety.I also learned after eating the healthiest way ever imaginable, no sugar, carbs and proteins are with 5 grams apart, no soy, unless it is soy lecithin, and 64 ounces of water a day, I don’t crave anything at night.
But the one thing I have learned, no matter how I eat, I cannot lose weight unless I limit the portion size.
It is going to help me eat healthily and keep my blood sugar level. (I try to eat nothing with much sugar)My plan effective Apr 3, 2018
